Let's see how my approach goes?
1. Early Bird Approach: If you started your exam preparation earlier than any of your peers, say you started 8 months ahead of your exam you can confidently try to cover all the syllabus.
Here syllabus in a sense, I mean (see below image - portion of B.Sc RIT Syllabus) shows the Lymphatic System with few things related to that specific topic.
You should not limit yourself to studying specified topics alone.
What I'm trying to convey is you should open your textbook literally and find the page where "Lymphatic System " starts and start reading the whole system in view of understanding it rather than mugging up.
Then re-read the system focusing on the syllabus topics in view of the exam.
Then study the previous year's questions asked on that specific topic, well.

2. Last Minute Approach: Guys like me, this is for us. If you started exam preparation way late like started 2 months before the exam month announced. Here's how my approach goes.
1. Study Previous Year Question Papers
Most of the questions in university exams were repeated, which means they were before in some other year or supplementary exam. So studying question banks is vital.
